In Krimpen aan den IJssel, work is currently underway to remediate the Stormpolderdijk, formerly known as the EMK site, with the aim of enabling the establishment of businesses in the future. Due to the presence of various industries in the past, the soil has become severely contaminated. Dura Vermeer has made all the necessary preparations to carry out the soil remediation.
